Want an easy way to save lives? Sign up for the blood drive sponsored by Student Senate and save up to three lives. It is taking place Tuesday, March 15th, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the MultiPurpose Room. Please contact the Student Senate (President Brett Wronka or other leaders) for more information and Ms. Retzlaff to make an appointment.
Some basic info:
Eat a healthy meal and drink an extra 16 oz. of water and fluids before donation. Bring a photo ID or your blood donor card, or two other forms of ID. Also, bring a list of any medications you are taking, and read all educational materials provided. There will be a mini physical and a private interview to make sure you are eligible for blood donation. Free refreshments will be provide after donation.
Whole Blood Donation
- 17+ years old (16 with parental consent form)
- Good general health and feeling well
- Have not donated blood in the last 56 days
