Congratulations!

Pederson, Brandon Ruzicka, Pedro Brandon has emerged as a key contributor and exceptional classmate in my Sociology class. He internalizes the purpose of the course, and approaches others with empathy and a sincere desire to help. Brandon actively promotes a culture of openness, trust and solidarity at FHS by reaching out to his peers, relating his experiences to theirs, and being a reliable source of support. Brandon’s roar of empathy resonates with many in Saber Country, and I hope all students will make an effort to echo his compassion!

Judkins, Breanna* Adelmann, Karin The students were expected to use turnitin.com to peer edit their rough draft. From past experience I knew that sometimes even a small error in the setup of the assignment could cause a problem for the students. I mentioned in class that if there were a problem, I would ask students to send me an email. Breanna came back the same day after school to inform me that everything was working well. This was not the first time that Breanna had shown herself to be a highly conscientious and supportive student, but it was just the latest example.
