Schauer, Andy* Doucette, Erin Andy is the ideal student in Multicultural Literature. He goes above and beyond the expectations of every assignment. His writing is outstanding as is his natural ability to digest the reading material and create meaningful connections and inferences. It’s truly a pleasure to have Andy in class this year.

Marion, Allison Nemovitz, Benjamin She is very helpful in class because she frequently participates and volunteers useful information. She is very responsible and always has her work done on time. She also tries to make connections between the material and community. She is a pleasure to have in class and often helps those around her to do better. Thank you Allison!
Henry, Marc Byrne, Cynthia Marc Henry is the model for good sportsmanship in 3B PE 9. Although a gifted athlete himself, he is always helping and encouraging others to try new things in Physical Education. I hope some day that Marc would consider teaching or coaching as a career path.
Tilley, Sarah Bisog, Noel Sarah consistently puts forth her best efforts in all that she does. Even when given a very tough task, she perseveres and does not give up. She cares about doing her best and is enthusiastic about learning. Sarah comes to class ready to learn and is always very respectful and positive. Well done, Sarah!
Koziol, David Hamm, Linda Our office area did not have an aide for block 2A. In the beginning of the year we had many things that needed to be delivered to students. I went in the library looking for a senior that had free block, and met David. He is our “unofficial” student aide and visits us on his free block asking if we need any work or deliveries done. He is very helpful, dependable and a hard worker. We really appreciate his dedication and assistance.
Awan, Simrah Dryer, Paula Simrah is an incredibly kind young lady who goes out of her way to make students feel welcome and to help them whenever needed in my Spanish 3 class. In addition to being a good student, her compassion for others is even more impressive.
Oelke, Brianna* Dryer, Paula Brianna has been one of my hardest working students first quarter. Whenever she did not do as well as she would have liked, she was in resource asking questions in order to ensure her success. Her effort is to be commended. Keep it up second quarter!
Covert, Alexandra* Jensen,Victoria Alex has done a tremendous job being a peer mentor to students with disabilities. She has a great rapport with all the students and she organized and created the idea of making and selling cookies to donate to Best Buddies. She not only collaborated with the Life Skills 2a. class but she had the idea that The National Honor Society collaborate with Best Buddies and suggested that all donations from the NHS committee go to Best Buddies. Alexandra is kind to all students and also has a wonderful work ethic and leadership skills. She also has joined Best Buddies and Madison M. is her buddy.
Kevin Tobin* Brian Debelak I would like to recognize Kevin Tobin for his compassion and patients when working with his peers on the job site. Kevin is constantly demonstrating and showing students construction procedures and comes across to his peers in a non-threatening or pretentious way. His communication skills and knowledge of the construction projects are his strengthened. Kevin also, has enhanced the core fabric of my class, and he will go far in life in or out of the construction field.Thanks Kevin you have taught me a lot and I am grateful

Turco, Cassie Schindel Cassie always is positive, helps others in class, is willing to answer questions and goes above and works very hard to have a deep understanding of difficult concepts in physics.
Baudry, Zachariah* Schindel Zach alway is positive, helps others in class, is willing to answer questions and works very hard to have a deep understanding of difficult concepts in physics. Zach often connects the dots and asks very interesting advanced questions that lead to fun youtube time in our Physics class.
Klemp, Anthony Schindel Anthony alway is positive, helps others in class, is willing to answer questions and works very hard to have a deep understanding of difficult concepts in physics.
Saypanya, Celine Schindel Celine is not afraid to ask for help, always is positive, helps others in class, is willing to answer questions and works very hard in physics.
Eisel, Devon Mercier Stacey Devon is a very dedicated, motivated, insightful and positive student. Devon continually goes above and beyond all expectations. She is a helpful, courteous and cooperative young adult.
Barrett, Kristina and Starke, Izzy Nirschl, Klemp, Misorski, Cerpich, and Cowell Kristina and Izzy has been doing an outstanding job in math. They have done exactly what has been asked of her, completed cognitive tutor before the due date, behaved wonderfully, helped others, and even helped pack up and move the math office.
Henry, Marc Gehrke, Su Following an incident in the cafeteria that ended up with a student getting hurt, Marc Henry immediately stepped in and took control of the situation to help out. He stayed with the student until he knew that the young man would be okay. Good job, Marc! I salute you for your gentleness and concern for someone in need.
Cotteleer, Laine Drobot, Steve Laine is very kind and helps out another student in swim class. She did this without me asking, and the other student is very appreciative.
Osep, Mike Johnsen, Brandon Mike is my aide in my 2B Individual Sports I class. Mike has been extremely helpful as my aide and has gone above and beyond what the normal aide duties consist of. During the latest Badminton unit, Mike plays and assists with a couple of student who love having him on their team. Thanks Mike!
McCarthy, Ben* Belan, Bob Ben comes to a class with a positive attitude everyday. His work ethic and leadership skills are second to none. He has been a great addition to our government class.
Melcher, Matt Belan, Bob Matt participates in classroom discussions on a daily basis. When a question needs to be answered he jumps in right away. He also brings a very positive attitude toward every lesson that is presented.

Lucht, Jessica* Dennis, Lisa Jessica is a consistent leader in my Honors/Pre-AP class. She is always prepared, invested, and on-task. Her compassion for fellow classmates and delightful personality make her a joy to have in class. She’s even a great impromptu dancer…way to be, Jessica!

Selear, Karli Doucette, Erin Karli is hardworking and thoughtful in her studies. She is an excellent, active participant. I had the pleasure of having Karli in class as a freshman and have seen her grow throughout the years as a student and as a person.
Shana, Ali Doucette, Erin I have the pleasure of Ali’s company in both Independent Reading and Multicultural Literature. He is a hard working student who really strives to do well. He is thoughtful in his participation and thorough in his preparation.

Grube, Devin* Jensen,Victoria As a Peer Mentor, Devin does a wonderful job working with students with disabilities. He is an awesome friend and helper to Matt C. Devin inspires all of us to be the best we can be. He is a role model who demonstrates both kindness and leadership skills in the classroom. Devin is also a member of Best Buddies. Devin, we are honored to know you.
Pederson, Brandon Ruzicka, Pedro Brandon has emerged as a key contributor and exceptional classmate in my Sociology class. He internalizes the purpose of the course, and approaches others with empathy and a sincere desire to help. Brandon actively promotes a culture of openness, trust and solidarity at FHS by reaching out to his peers, relating his experiences to theirs, and being a reliable source of support. Brandon’s roar of empathy resonates with many in Saber Country, and I hope all students will make an effort to echo his compassion!
Koizol, David DeClark, Gail David has volunteered a number of times before and after school to help me move into my new classroom and studio. He is consistent, kind and a very hard worker. He makes my life easier as well as those around him for pulling his weight on collaborative projects and often going above and beyond.
Harmeyer, Hattie Zomboracz Lauren I am recognizing Hattie because of her positive attitude and friendly nature. Hattie goes out of her way to make all students at FHS feel welcomed.
