Houlihan, Maddy Schindel Maddy is always very helpful in class. She was a very good lab partner today helping another student to understand our lab and practice problems. She took extra time to explain it to the other girl! ROAR Maddy!
Nicolas, Rachel Schindel Rachel is always very helpful in class. She was a very good lab partner today helping two younger student to understand our lab and practice problems. She took extra time to explain it to the other students, both freshman….what a great example!
Schultz, Joshua Schindel Josh is always very helpful in class. He was a very good lab partner today helping two other student to understand our lab and practice problems. He took extra time to explain it to the other students….what a great example!
Melcher, Matt Schindel Matt was helpful in class. He was a very good lab partner today helping two other student to understand our lab and practice problems. He took extra time to explain it to the other students….what a great example!
Abe Suleiman Michelle Sackerson Abe has been an outstanding student all year. He has been helping various students understand the content every class. He answers questions and restates information until everyone understands. He is making a real difference for these students. I am very impressed with his maturity and willingness to help others. UPROAR!!!
Henkel, Christian Klein, Casey Christian was a great student tutor for another student in class. He taught and guided another student through some difficult math problems and allowed her to get caught up with her work.
Liederbach, Rowan Krause, Linda Rowan always goes above and beyond what is expected of her. Not just academically, but also when collaborating with others. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm is present in the classroom as well as in the hallways. She is an excellent role model for the other students.
Martin, Miranda Missiaen, Jerome Has worked hard all year. Very responsible with assignments and asking questions. A joy to have in class
Ignatowski, Marina Nemovitz, Benjamin Marina is a great student to have in class. She is a very positive person in the classroom. She works well with others, shows maturity in her decision making, comes to class prepared, and is highly motivated. She looks for opportunities to improve her Spanish proactively.
Ignatowski, Natasha Nemovitz, Benjamin Natasha is very fun to have in class. She has a positive attitude. She works well with others, is very mature during class, comes to class prepared, and is intrinsically motivated. She makes connections as to why Spanish is important in her life and applies what she learns in class to her life.
Martins, Marissa Nemovitz, Benjamin Marissa is a great person to have in class. She has a great relationship with everyone in class and always comes into class wearing a smile. Academically, she always has her work completed ahead of schedule or on time and her work is completed at a very high cognitive level. Beyond the classroom, she is looking for other opportunities to get involved in. I feel so lucky to have Marissa in class because I feel that she has a very positive effect the others in the room. Thank you Marissa!
Charapata, Tea Drobot, Steve Tea has been outstanding since the days I had her in freshmen PE. She is a basketball manager and a student aide. Recently when we found out last minute that our classroom for health was being used, we turned the wrestling gym to a state of the art health ed classroom. She was extremely helpful and creative. I appreciate her help so much!
Pecha, Kathryn Nemovitz, Benjamin Kathryn is so polite and such a great listener during class. I know that if I give a direction, she will hear it (because of her active listening techniques) and she will follow it. Also, she is very strong in Spanish. She often has good discussions with others about the Spanish. I feel that she has a very positive effect on the classroom and I feel lucky to have her in class.
Samantha, Wieland Nemovitz, Benjamin Sam is a wonderful student. She has been working on her active listening and it shows. She was great at active listening before she made a push to improve and now its really amazing. She participates in class, helps those around her, is motivated to succeed, has a positive attitude, and is really great at Spanish. I am proud to have her as a student. Nice work!

 

Erin Neuhengen

Planning to major in Media Communications at Marquette University next year, Erin looks forward to helping The Saber Slate transition to a website smoothly in the 2013-14 school year. Over the summer, Erin was sent to UW Whitewater for the Kettle Moraine Press Associations Summer Workshop, learning about branding a website using social media.
