Franklin Football…and Pink Spray-Paint?

Oak Creek VandalismCamouflage and orange filled the visiting team bleachers on Friday September 27th as the Sabers took on our rivals, the Oak Creek Knights. What was suppose to be a ‘kill’ for the Knights ended up failing with the Sabers coming out on top instead.

The game started out in Oak Creek’s favor, and ended 6-0 at the half. After the half, the Sabers came back in a great turnaround and ended the game winning 14-6.

While this was great, Oak Creek was not very happy and left their mark…on our new concession stand.

If you have not heard yet, a sloppy ‘OC’  plastered in hot pink spray-paint is now on the left side of the new concession stand. While police could have be found everywhere before, after, and during the game, no one really knows or saw who put the mark on the concession stand.

Information on what will happen to the ‘OC’ is still up in the air (and low key), but rumors have it that it will need to be sandblasted away.

Aside from the vandalism, the Sabers are doing well this season and hopefully will continue to win!
